Image reading and Grading
Image reading and grading in ophthalmology trials with standardized imaging, independent review and structured grading systems to ensure reliable, unbiased evaluation of disease and treatment effects. In ophthalmology clinical trials, image reading and grading is a critical part of assessing eye diseases and evaluating treatment outcomes. It was done in a highly standardized and controlled way to ensure accuracy and consistency across trial sites.

Electronic Data Capture System
Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for clinical trials were developed as digital platforms used to collect, manage, and store clinical trial data electronically. The Key Features of the EDCs included but not limited to, Data Entry, Data Validation, Audit Trails, Remote Access, Integration,Reporting & Analysis.

Data Analysis and Reporting
Data analysis in ophthalmology was aimed at process of systematically examining and interpreting clinical, imaging, and research data related to eye health and diseases to draw meaningful conclusions about diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes. Major data analysis included an analysis of Clinical data, Imaging data, lab or biomarker data, patients reported outcome.

Sponsors communication and coordination
Coordination with sponsors in the context executing the clinical trials was an ongoing collaboration and communication between the clinical trial site or research team and the sponsor (usually a pharmaceutical company, biotechnology firm) and Quantum Analytics CROs and managers to ensure the trial is conducted smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements. Effective coordination and communication was made to ensure regulatory compliance, logistics and support, data management and timely problem solving.

OIRRC is a California-based company located in the Bay Area and have been operational since December 2015. OIRRC brings together scientific expertise and operational excellence to advance research in Ophthalmology.
Provided back-staffing support to OIRRC in conducting clinical studies/trials. Experts on our team read and undertook QA and QC measures on images collected for reading and analysis. Read and graded images. collected and analysed data. Assisted in study formulation and executing in coordination with OIRRC and study sponsors. Various projects including, Culvista, Lumina, AB, AC, AD, etc were completed success fully.
